Whats your favorite kind of sushi?

my favorite sushi is a tie between ahi poke and spicy tuna in poke form.  poke is pronounced po-kay and it's just raw ahi(tuna) in little cubes and mixed with chopped round onion along with other little stuff like shoyu(soy sauce) and/or hawaiian salt.  it's amazing!

Nigiri Sushi (any tuna, eel, shrimp, snapper, or octopus)

You know the sushi rice thats formed into a small clump & a slice of fish is placed on top of it. sometimes its binded w/nori (seaweed) I especially love the raw tuna (ahi) nigiri & my other favorite is the grilled unagi nigiri they are my favorite. Yummy. Served with wasabi & soy sauce. Not to mention the pickled ginger to cleanse the palate.

I also love Maki Sushi Rolls (all kinds depends on my cravings)

Definitely Tuna! I love all sushi but Tuna is my favorite. Although Salmon is my favorite cooked fish... Oh and I order something called a Rainbow Roll which is assorted fish wrapped around a California Roll! I love sushi!!!

I'm under the impression that it is a recipe that is exclusive to our local sushi restaurant. (I could be wrong though. I'm not a sushi expert.)

Dragon roll - deep fried prawn inside a rice roll topped with slices of raw tuna and salmon.  Great stuff...

i like the rolls - california and dynamite roll...no plain raw fish for me...sushi is the piece of raw fish that sits on top of rice and the rolls is what most people know as sushi...
