I work with preschoolers and one thing that surprises me is they love veggies to dip in a little ranch dressing or peanut butter.  Sometimes they need encouragement to try new things, like green pepper, but once they try them, they LOVE them!  Use broccoli, cauliflower, green, red or yellow pepper, raw snap peas, cherry tomatoes, carrots, celery, or small fresh green beans.
