Wheelchair access walks?

Anyone know a good website with listings of walks in the Yorkshire/Derbyshire area that have wheelchair access? I've looked through different search engines but to of no avail.

Hope someone can help.

I know of a couple. Both in the North York Moors area. The first one is the Forge Valley Boardwalk, the other Staindale Lake walk in Dalby Forest. Both are fully accessible to wheelchairs =)
