When I attempt to use

When I attempt to use internet explorer and/or firefox I get a 'webpage cannot be displayed' message. I cannot use any specific url, or website. I can connect through Help and Support Msn internet, and my connection is GREAT. So, I have tried alot, and am ready to give up.
