When I put my Spider

When I put my Spider Man 3 blue ray disc into my PS3, the picture has a reddish-pink color. But when i play games or regular DVDs on my system, the colors are normal.I called customer service at Sony to see if they can help me but no avail. Please respond. Thank You.
