When I start Giga Pocket

When I start Giga Pocket I get an error: gp666 cannot launch-Giga Pocket data base might be damaged. I have re-booted, reinstalled and loaded Giga Pocket update utility 5.5. Verified that Vaio media video server was started. I used msconfig to disable services snd startups and rebooted in safe mode. Result: error-failed to open sony tv tuner device. I tryed Knowledge article #C286679, no success. Roger
