When I want to watch something whether it be Cable, a movie, or video games the screen only stays clear for 4 seconds then it scrambles. Not only that, jumps from being scrambled to going to "no signal." Sound works fine, its just the picture. I've tried all the inputs and outputs. Nothing seems to work.
