Official lineup hasn't been released yet and no release date has been set. However rumour has it that the lineup will include:

Outkast, Orbital, FC Kahuna, The Orb, Royksopp, Telepopmusik, The Avalanches, 808 State, Zero 7 and Mr Scruff amongst various others... sounds awesome!
