It's very different because it is someone else touching you. For example when someone else touches your hand or something it is different than when you touch your skin yourself because when you are doing it you get both sides of feeling. When it comes down to what your talking about if you get both sides of the feeling it kind of subtracts from the pleasure side of it. When you don't have the counter feeling it is much better.
