When a player gets ejected...?

are they allowed to stay in the clubhouse, or do they have to leave the ballpark?

They go in the Locker Room remmeber what happened to Bobby Valentine wearing a disguise after his Ejection 9 years ago, well you ain't suppose to do that either Despite was creative, he was also suspened 5 games for hanging out in the Dugout after an ejection don't do that.

ususally i believe in mlb they got to leave the ball park.

lower level i believe they can stay depading on what he said and umpire said.

club house -yes they can stay.

They're able to stay in the clubhouse, they just have to leave the field of play and the dugout.  Although they probably should have done something about that after the Bobby Valentine incident where he got tossed from the game and put on a trainers outfit and a fake mustache to come back into the dugout.

An ejected player or manager may stay in the clubhouse, leave, or take a seat in the stands.

Rule 4.07:

When a manager, player, coach or trainer is ejected from a game, he shall leave the field immediately and take no further part in that game. He shall remain in the club house or change to street clothes and either leave the park or take a seat in the grandstand well removed from the vicinity of his team’s bench or bullpen.
