  1. Go to http://www.fertilityfriend.com and take their online free webcourse and do the charting for your menstrual cycles. The course is VERY informative and will help you understand your cycle better. This will involve taking your temperature every morning and checking other things. It's really helpful :) Good luck.

  2. Well everyone ovulates at different times...not everyone has a 28 day cycle....and even those who do do not always ovulate on day 14.

My best advice is to join fertilityfriend.com, buy a BBT thermometer and chart...it is really the only way to pinpoint and confirm ovulation.

For example...I have a 26 day cycle...I ovulate on day 12!  I only knew this from charting for 3 months, and got pregnant right away because I knew in advance my best fertile days...which are the FIVE days leading up to ovulation.

Also, you can, (this may be TMI), check your cervix and cervical mucous.

Your most fertile when your cervix feels SHOW, soft high open and wet.  Least fertile when its low and closed.

You can also check the mucous by doing a finger sweep and noting the consistency...eggwhite is best, and that is fertile CM!

    Baby Dust and Good Luck!

  3. Then you should be counting about 10days after your period
