  1. None of the above answers are right. It did not begin on a special date or when they crucified Christ. I believe it is as old as Jews themselves. Even a thousand year before Christ we read of them being captured and transported as slaves to Babylon and Assyria. They were also enslaved in Egypt during the times of pyramids which i believe are thousands of years old.

And the reason might have to do with the prosperity they enjoyed as the result of their relationship with God.

This is also the reason why anti-americanism is on the rise. Muslims like to point out that america is immoral, the great Satan, it must be annihilated and so on.

Well, why the h**l does it bother you, whatever we are in our own home.

The real reason has to do with jealousy and outright religious foolishness, and i guess this was the same reason Jews got hated by those around. (They were quite prosperous during the reign of King David and Solomon)

  2. i like to think it was after christianity started. people started reading scriptures and hearing the story of christ more. and started taking notice that the jews according to biblical story were guilty of killing jesus christ. thats when jews started being hated or discriminated on beliefs

  3. I believe it started when they crucified Christ - who was a Jew.

  4. I can't really help you with how it exactly began but the reason why any discrimination begins is because someone didnt like or was scared of something that was different than them/what they know.

  5. The term was first used around the beginning of the 20th Century, but the Jews have always been persecuted.
