When attempting to print an email document, I receive a message: "an ink cartridge is not installed properly. Open cover and check cartridges for proper install."I did that and even removed both and reinstalled them. Recieved same result. I cannot get past this proplem.My printer is an iP1600, serial number FCWD10959.Incidentally, I didn't touch either cartridge since my last successful print out which was 3 days ago. So I can't understand what is different now.Thank you for your assistance.Robert Tomasso
