When do BUDGIES molt???? pls help?

when do budgies have the process of molting? how would i know if they are molting??? pls tell me,, i am from the philippines!!! pls help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They molt 3 to 4 times a year.  You will know because they will be scratching a lot and losing feathers.  It will be rather obvious if they are molting.

You will know when their feathers start coming out and feathers are all over the bottom of the cage.  The bird will also get more quiet than usual.

Usually after breeding season.  Which is right after Spring time.
