When do women stop growing?

I have been 5'8" for 5 years. I am about to turn 20 and I am now 5'9" I have been suffering from growing pains even after i realized i was an inch taller. why would I have this sudden growth spurt?

some women do grow abit from 18 to 22, youre one of the lucky ones, its possble you might gian another inch or so

Young women usually stop growing about 2 years after they start their periods.

Depending on how old you were when you started your first period yes, it's possible you could still be  going thru a growth spurt.

I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.  The reason for this is because there are some conditions out there that occur that can cause someone to grow beyond their normal height (not saying this is the case but just an example only).
