When does Ramadan begin?

I'm getting confused. People tell me it's tomorrow. Some say Monday.

Isn't new moon tonight also? So, isn't it tomorrow?

  4. today was shaban 29 and sunday is 30th.  due to not sighting the moon it is declared ramadaan on monday, by completing shaban with 30 days.  http://www.fatwa-online.com/news/0080830...

    i'm reading some say in Y/A that its on sunday, but i don't know why, or where they have sighted the moon.  

    pls do not follow calculations, it is against the sunnah.

    just follow whatever ur masjid and/or community is following inshallah.
