  1. A lot of time's they use MSG in Chinese food, it's also used on salad bars and buffets.  You could be having an allergic reaction to this.  Be sure to ask when ordering if they use MSG, it is a preservative and is suppose to make foods stay greener longer.  My husband is very allergic to it.

  2. Go to a better quality restaurant that serves authentic Chinese food, especially one patronised by lots of Chinese or other Asians. The cheap places use MSG, excessive salt & heavy sauces to disguise poorer quality ingredients & poor culinary skills.

  3. You may have a sensitivity to either MSG or sodium, generally.  Ask your restaurant to prepare your meal without MSG and see what happens.

  4. Since you're not being specific, I'm going to assume that by "sick" you mean nauseous. And you're probably feeling nauseous because the food you're eating is very high in fat. Chinese food tends to be either stir-fried or deep-fried in a lot of oil, and eating a lot of oily vegetables and deep-fried meats can make anyone sick to their stomach. Also, you didn't mention if the food is from the same restaurant--if you really like Chinese food, you may simply want to order from a different place.

  5. how did you feel sick?

did you feel nausia? or simply feeling hot? it might be the quality of the chinese restaurant, but it might also be sensitivity to MSG(vetsin)

  6. maybe your allergic to cat meat.

  7. Lookit, I wouldn't care why.  It's and "if-then" thing.  If I eat Chinese, then I feel sick.  For me, if I eat shrimp, then I get hives.  i've eaten colse to 2/3 ton in my life prior to the "if"--not a one since.  What's going on?  Simple.  I don't eat shrimp, I don't get hives.

  8. Possibly too much oil.

  9. if the chinese food is from the same place stop eating there.

or ur probably have some type of allergy .
