When i try to sync

when i try to sync my SA3025/37 with the songs that i have downloaded from Napster to my win media player10 as soon as the sync process starts i get an error message (win has encountered unknown problem) and when i use win explorer in my win xp pro-program i can drag and drop the songs into the mp3 and they show up in the music screen but when i press start button they will not start.
