When i turn device on

Question

when i turn device on it sticks on refresh database then it eventually may go to music selection but with split screen and missing letter all over or it may eventually shut it's self off, when i take the the sd card out it goes back to normal, with sd card i have close to 450 songs without i have 190 songs, it's a 2gb sd card
