When rinsing with hydrogen peroxide?

straight hydrogen peroxide? or mix it wit water?

I never mix. That would dilute it drastically. It would not be near as effective. I don't use it that often but I use it straight. I figure if they want it to be less effective , they would dilute it already. I have heard that you need to let it do its thing for awhile and THEN rinse it out. It is just like on a cut. It you put the peroxide on it , it will just keep cleaning and eating at the cut. You need to apply , let sit for awhile, then rinse. Same with rinsing I would guess. Good Luck!!!!

A lot of people mix it with water. I dont do any of it though. Its really gross.
