When should i not skate

well it's about 10:35 pm and i'm wondering...is it too late to go out and skate? I don't want to p**s off my neighbors so...when is it to late to go out and skate?

yeah that pretty late especially on a weekday. Just stop by like 8pm?

Right after school or work and maybe after supper would be the best times. Don't wait until dark. Good of you to think about your neighbors.
