When should i use glutamine????

ive heard that your supposed to take it first thing in the morning, post-workout, and before bed....Is it better to take it first thing in the mornin or right before a workout???

  1. If you have to choose, I'd say the most important is pre- and post- workout.

    After that, just before bed is really important.

    Morning is less important than the other 3.


  2. I would only use it when I am sick to maintain muscle mass otherwise toss it aside and just eat whole foods. Glutamine is an overrated product trust me.

  3. I liked it first thing in the morning. But if I had to I'd take it pre workout, not post...

    That's just me.
