People who enjoy pain are called masochists. People who enjoy causing pain to others are called sadists. I do not think it is considered a disorder unless it is causing other problems. For instance, if you are inflicting pain on an unwilling person, this is a crime. But if the sadists and masochists stick together and have agreeable terms as to what they will allow, then it is a relationship. Sometimes you will hear this shortened to sado-masochism.
