When will diesel prices drop?

When will we see diesel drop back below the price of gasoline? Why is diesel more expensive than gasoline now?

When the supply outweighs the demand. This means 1 of 2 things. Either more refineries open up, or increase their output. Or, 2, the demand for diesel drops significantly such as if the majority of diesel truck owners and operators converted to bio diesel or drove a heck of a lot less. Or it could be a combination of the two. It also matters a lot on consumption worldwide. not just in a specific area.
