If a magazine issue comes out the 12th when will i recieve by mail?

i susbribed to seventeen.

the new issue comes out august 12.

when will i recieve it by mail?

It depends on when they ship it to your house, you could get it before the on-stands date or maybe a couple days after. However, if you just subscribed to it, it may take 6-8 weeks for your first issue to arrive.
