When you're on a diet should you consume less carbs or less fat? Also I'm 5'6 I weigh 128 lbs and I'm very big-boned and I'm currently on a diet and I was wondering how many g of carbs and fat should I consume daily if I want to lose weight fast?

  1. less carbs, if you fall asleep after consuming alot of carbs, the carbs not used throughout the day are stored as fat.  Fat consumed as long is it is healthy fat like fat consumed from eating meat is actually healthy

  2. The thing is, eating excess carbs leads to fat being stored in your system anyway.

don't avoid carbs, eat foods such as boiled potatoes or brown bread once a day and in reasonable amounts. in this case, less is more. this kind of food provides complex carbs which are healthier and less fatty.

avoid biscuits and fries and junk like that though, they give you fat.

and just to make life easier, don't count calories!

    best of luck!

  3. less fat. carbs are extremely neccessary.
