Whenever we click on the

Whenever we click on the MyBook icon a message pops up that says:
The drive or network connection that the shortcut "Shortcut to MyBook" refers to is unavailable...

So I go to My Computer to try and access it and it's as if it doesn't recognize it at all.
I know its connected properly...
