u can chge coins, at any banks but they have service charge & not everyday only a certain day.. u can approach them.

In any local banks or any MRT (train) stations.

At any bus-interchanges also allowed passegers to have their coins changed.

If the area you been to have no either the above mentioned facilities, try to approach any retail-shops, I'm sure they will be willing to help you if they got extra coins to change. :P
