Where are some......?

Where are some stores or shops I could try besides (JcPenney, Sears, & Macys) that I could find a dress for homecoming?

I live in Virginia and I seem to be having trouble finding a place to purchase one at. I looked at JcPenneys, Sears and Macys and I didnt seem to like any of them,

Do you know of any ofther stores I could try, maybe some websites ??

I live in Cali so I dont know what stores you have over there. But I know good places to try are Ross, and Marshalls. They usually have really cute dresses, if you dont mind looking around  a little. Or maybe Cutegirl.com {its a store}. Wetseal and stores like that usually bring some cute dresses, if they arent all gone by this time. And nordstrom if you dont mind spending quite a bit.  Hope I helped.
