Question:

Where can I sell my car?

I have a honda accord P reg with no mot,no road tax but a good running car, I want to get rid of it because I have bought another car, I have advertised it in Bargain pages for £300.

Where else would I be able to sell it?

If I give it to the scrap yard roughly how much would I get for it?

Any advice please.

  1. scap £100-150   i cant see u getting 3 for it but thats maybe because i would not pay that what does it need for mot it might be worth the £30 just to see..u`v got more chance of getting more money with mot  any way try all free ade papers & local shops that advertise you never know

also it hard to say because u cant see it whatever dont take less then what it is worth to u

  2. loot or exchange and mart

  3. You could try advertising it on Car Dealr, as it's free to sell on there at the moment. http://car.dealr.co.uk

  4. I'd put it on Ebay; Accords are very good cars, well sought after, so shifting it shouldn't be a problem.

Scrap prices are high, so a scrap yard would give you around £150 as it is.

I would take it for MOT. At least the fail sheet will allow you to list  exactly what needs to be repaired.

  5. webuyanycar.com .. I think.  You will get ripped off though but for an easy sale its a good site.

yeh, it quoted my parents 08 civic type r at 11k. What a joke.

  6. MarketWall is a good free site for selling locally:
