Where can i find quenepas?

i know its the mango season, but where can i find them? around san juan or toa baja?

You will be able to find both Quenepas and mangos around everywhere.  I live in Rio Grande, and you can't go down RT 3 without finding some. Roadside vendors or the mercados will give you the best local fresh fruits.  Stop by a few that you pass in SJ or Toa Baja and I am sure you will find these and more (lots of guanabanas around now, mameys and nisperos too).

Quenapas are usually found in Ponce area, but really, they grow all around the island.

The best quenepas are found in the South, in towns like Ponce, they're huge, but if you haven't tried them before be careful, you can easily choke on them, they are dangerous if not handled with care. But they are delicious.

Quenepas?  At Ponce and other southern areas.

Around San Juan or Toa Baja?  Not sure, check at the "Plazas del Mercado" of Santurce, Bayamon, etc.

The southern part is where they are most abundant. But here where I live, Fajardo, the easternmost tip, there are already some and I love them!!!!!!!
