There are many ways to learn.  The way I learned was through trial and error (I crashed so many computers before I finally really knew what I was doing).  Anyway, if you don't want to take years to learn like me, try a local library or maybe a school nearby is offering computer classes.  That's all I can really think of... or make friends online and ask them how to do everything (that's part of how I learned too =P )

YOu can't learn it in a school.

What you learn is a SCHOOL is how to be a FUNCTIONARY.  How to be PC on a network, how to help newbies, how to call the help desk, how to be the help desk.

After 15 years of working with computers I know them very well, at least on a dedicated machine basis.

A client of mine had a problem with his computer.  An MSCE person told him he needed a new mother board and new hard drive.  Cost:  $600

I looked at his computer and fixed one bad system file.  It took me 15 minutes.  I charged him $50.

How did I do it.  I know computers.  I just followed the start up procedures and worked with things until I found the file that was the problem.  Then I looked at the file.  Then I saw the problem.  Then I fixed it.
