Just cause its illegal doesn't make it hard to get, take weed for example. Besides they're a lot of legal uses for it like drag racing at the track. The cheapest way to get it would be to buy it online and install it yourself, if you don't want to do that just call your local performance car shops they will more than likely do it for you.
