Question:

Where could I find calf liver?

I've read it is one of the healthier nutrient rich meats you can get. Besides that it's much more tender. I'm not sure beef liver from a grown cow is just as healthy but rather if it is or not, I'd like to at least taste the difference.

  1. You can find calf's liver at most large grocery stores. In the freezer section. If you have a good meat market you can also find it their.

  2. You can find it right next to the kidneys and down a tad from the pancreas.

  3. You should be able to buy it in the meat department of the grocery store; if you do not see it on the shelf ask the butcher.

  4. I buy it at the butcher store.

It is high in B vitamins.

But also very high in cholesterol.

Eat it occasionaly, but not too often.
