Where could I find this?

In the movie 'The House Bunny', she wears this adorable blue and green dress. It's only for a little bit, when they are shopping, but I want to know where I could buy it or one similar to it.

I actually have a dress similar to that only its longer.  I got it from Dillards but it was last year in May when I got it so I am not sure if they still have it but you can check on their website
