It is sold over the counter so you can go to your local drug store, or pretty much any store that sells medicine or has a pharmacy in it.

Why Zinc? You should be taking your prenatal vitamins. These vitamins get your body ready for the pregnancy and after that it gives the baby essential vitamins needed for its growth development. Prenatal vitamins consist of Zinc as well.

MAKE SURE Vitamin A in your prenatal vitamins are partly in the form of beta-carotene, a nutrient that you get from fruits and vegetables that converts to vitamin A in the body. Because if it just straight up vitamin A and its in a higher dose it can cause birth defects.

Any drug store or walamrt, target, kmart in the vitamin isle. You should always talk to your Doc first before taking something when you are trying to become pregnant. Because too much of something might harm your baby if you do become pregnant.
