Where do I work out?

Ok im starting to work out,im not fat,people (especially guys say I have an amazing body and they think I work out but im not the type to do any physical exercise other than walking my dog and s*x).But everytime I go to the gym I always have guys starring at me while im working out,seriously I dont feel comfortable and there is not many girls in the gym its mainly guys.I also started running in the mornings around the neighborhood but I dont know if im too paranoid or if cars really follow me,this one time I was running on the edge of the road and this car was on the side going like 10 miles an hour,I tried not looking at the car just minding my own business but I knew they were starring as I was running,so instead of running 2 laps I just did 1 and turned home,the car followed me until I went to my house.Geez I dont know maybe I dress too sexual or something.I usually wear a nike sports bra,no shirts just the bra and some tight shorts and my tennis and a headband to prevent that much sweating.Is that ok or is it too revealing?????? The sports bra is low cut and since im 38 double DD maybe thats the problem,my back and my belly and waist and legs arent covered.But the reason I dont wear the covered bras is because I feel like I cant breath especially when im running and my heart beat is going full speed,thats why I prefer to have my b*****s exposed and not contriscted.So does anyone have any ideas on where I can work out without having creeps stalking me?

  1. well ...i thnk being exposed is th reason...but...maybe u could work out at home..or go to a private gym

  3. Totally understand your concerns.  There are creeps out there who can turn a great run into a nightmare.  Thankfully there are some solutions.  

    Run with a buddy.

    Run at a local trail that is well populated with other runners.

    Run early in the morning (most creeps aren't up before 8am)

    Run in a quiet neighborhood

    If none of these work, carry a wooden stake and some mace.  But it is important that you are comfortable when you run.  Good luck!

  4. In your house. Try to prepare an area and be buying some universal items in order for you to complete various workouts.

  5. that's weird, but just ignore them and work out at the gym and continue running!
