I would try shopping at Binh Thanh Market in SaiGon.  I have seen Polo and other name brands there very cheap.  Cheers.

They are only available in US, UK, and Canada.

I know this chain store calls "Made in Vietnam" which carries Energie, Abercrombie&Fitch, Banana Republic, Holister, GAP, Old Navy, ... The price is definitely cheaper but they also carries some that have mistakes and therefore, can't be sold in the States or UK.

"Hồng Mai" store - Nam Kỳ Khởi Nghĩa street.

You can try Ho Chi Minh City, I was born there and have gone back a few times, but the last time I was there, I didn't see many name brands.
