What countries allow bullfighting?

There are bullfights in Spain, Portugal and south of France in Europe. In South America bullfighting is very popular in Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Ecuator and Venezuela.

In Armenia there were a bullfight in 2001, two were held in China in 2004, also two in Costa Rica in 2004 and 2005 and six in Guatemala between 2003 and 2006.

In United States they run unbloody bullfights, mainly in California.

It is not true they only kill the bull in Spain. They also do it in France, Mexico and the other countries in South America that held bullfights. In Portugal the bull is not killed in front of the audience but later.

Spain, France, Portugal and Mexico, that I know of.  They don't kill the bull in all those countries.  In fact, the only one of those four where they actually KILL the bull is Spain.  I'm pretty sure there are other South American countries where they have bullfighting, as well.
