Where is the restrictor plate?

I have a Jonway YY50QT moped and I was wondering where the restrictor plate was on it because it goes slow uphill.

Mopeds do not have restrictor plats  : |   they have gonveners to restrict the fuel. look it up on the internet to find out how to remove it because every vehicle is different on where its located.

its a plate between the carb and the cyl, and most cannot be removed

i don't want you to blow up ur engine

leave it alone

They are between the carb and intake on AUTOs. Nascar

sounds chinese my boation bt49qt-9 had 3 restrictors 1 in the cap of the carb which was a s***w (made the biggest difference) on was in the variator there is a washer which the drive belt will be sat on and it sops the two puley halfs coming together meaning you can reach top speed and you wont go fast at all.

and the other was a pink wire at the CDI which was a electronic rev limitor

dont know if yours will be the same but thats how mine was
