Where is the special characters site?

Ok. So one day while I was using the search engine on Yahoo!, I was actually searching for a HTML text box, but I came across this site that lets you type in the text of your choice and then it gives you different ways of writing it.

For example: I put in Ladii Tweety and it gave me different ways. Like these (below):

L@D!! +\/\/33+y

Stuff like that. I wanted to know if anybody knew the name of that site. Please!

check your history if you didnt delete your history it should be there and if you find the site could you tell me what it is it sounds interesing
