Where should I extract stuff to?

LOL, I probably sound really stupid. I need to extract something to a CD I guess, so I can recover my password. What do I extract it too? Oh, and don't leave stupid answers please.

Sounds like you meant extracting "from" a CD if that's the case you just drag the object from the CD to your desktop and then you right click it, then you click extract here or extract to a location.. not hard at all and if you really meant extract to a CD , sounds like you're gonna have to burn/write the object to a CD with enough space on it for the object...

if its somthing tempory i would suggest the desktop :P it would be easier to find . unless u already have a  lot of icons on it.

if its an ISO file, try using Nero image burner.
