Where should I spend the summer?

I live in England, but my mum is French and my dad is Italian. I've had offers for both pairs of grandparents, my dad's parents in Perugia, and my mum's parent in Paris, or I can stay here. My dad says he'll pay for any travel and I can take friends with me wherever I go. I'm off school for 6 weeks. Where should I go?
