Yes, it's Cardiff bay just outside the Wales Millennium centre (that big building that you see them in front of alot) check out the WMC website for directions but it's basically in the centre of Cardiff bay. There's also some other spots dotted around the bay where you can spot sights from the series for example the old 'spooky' doors that they go through to reach their HQ are down on the wooden walkway just under the turkish restaurant on the pier above (where the boat trips go from).
