Whey protein vs creatine?

im a skinny kid around 120 I lift weights 3 times a week I take whey protein should I start taking creatine instead of the whey protein?

  1. NOT INSTEAD.

    Do the research and you'd find it obvious. You need protein to gain muscle. If you don't get adequate protein lifting is useless. Creatine will only help if your diet and lifting are down well.


  2. A whey, or egg protein powder mixed with creatine will supply easier recovery from weightlifting, while the creatine will help you gain strength, by retaining water in your muscles. You should use them together for maxium results.
