Question:

Which Camera?

I appreciate the compact nature of the p5100 and sx100... but im curious why the p5100 is more expensive thanthe sx100 when the sx has a greater zoom. I want to be able to take clear, flawless pictures with great quality and yet also be able to take it out and not have to lug around. What would you go for?

  1. Hi, I would go with the Canon. I have had a great experience with Canon Cameras. I have owned a Canon Power shot A520 and for Christmas I upgraded to the S5 IS. I love it. Another reason I would pick the Canon is because it only takes double A batteries. You can buy a rechargeable package for fairly cheap to have on the go if your batteries die and they are quick to charge. I am not too familiar with all the technical aspects though. Just my opinion and experience...Good Luck!

  2. I'm not quite sure which one I would choose. I have a Canon Powershot with GREAT zoom. I travel the country photographing and this small digital is a great companion!

    Hope this helps!
