Which Clint Eastwood movie is this?

I only saw a short part of this movie the other day, and It got interesting but I had to leave, so I never got to see the ending I didnt catch the name of the movie either,it was kinda old, but maybe you can help me. In the movie scene, a man challenges Eastwood to an armwrestle or to see if he can hold his arm up for like 20 secs, then the man gives Eastwood a head start to get out, before he sends his dogs after him, It takes place in a snowy forest, where Eastwood and the man continue the chase, Eastwood finally shoots the man, but it takes like 10 bullets to kill the man. ???
