  1. i would not include the GPA on your resume. This is usually done to call attention to one in the 3.7 and higher range. employers don't really look for it, so it's omission is not out of the ordinary.

if they ask, tell them major and overall.

  2. Don't put a GPA on Your Resume unless it's high. In the Honors category.  But less than 3.7?

I would assume you are B, If you're not A, don't bring the topic up.

  3. 1. a resume is a highlight film not a documentary

    2. the only relevant education is that which relates to the job you are seeking so it stands to reason the only GPA that is relevant is the same.

    3. listing GPA is usually not necessary and usually not wise unless it has particular relevance to the job placement.

    4. you can leave off anything you desire in a resume but embellishing although generally not illegal can get you terminated if hired and then discovered..........

and in some specific circumstances is illegal.

this is true of claiming certifications or licenses that are a requirement of law to perform certain jobs.

  4. It is not necessary to include your GPA on your resume or on a job application.  If by resume you actually mean your grad school application then you will need to provide your actual grade point average which is 3.01.

  5. Overall is usually what employers will ask for but since a 2.94 might be considered low, I wouldn't try and separate your 1st and 2nd major GPAs.  However, you don't have to put it on your resume.  They may not even ask but chances are, they will so be prepared to answer.
