I really think there are better subs out there.  The sensitivity is pretty low for as many watts as they handle.  If they are cheap I guess I would rather go with the second one.

the Q series is Fi's line for sound quality builds. if your goal is to have great sound quality... this will be great, gives better performance than the SSD entry level sub. but if money is an issue, you could make a good decent build with 3 or 4 of these in a big ported box, they are able to give good flex.

the BL series is for SQL... that is decent amount of sound quality but with some spl qualitys. its able to be even louder than the Q but with a some loss in sound quality. still a great choice if you want to be loud.

the choice mainly depends on whats your goal for the build.

but personally, i would go with the BL series.
