  1. green

  2. They all have the same ammount.

  3. Sprouted Lentils.  Sprouting increases nearly all the nutrients.  During the second world war - when food was scarce and heavily rationed - the British goverment asked a group of nutritionists to work out which food supplied the best non-animal source of protein, and the answer they came up with was sprouted legumes.  Lentils are much higher in protein than the other legumes.

If you blend the sprouted lentils then you absorb more of the nutrients they contain - so will obtain even more protein.  Anne Wigmore used this recipe to treat people with all kinds of diseases, and it really is amazing stuff:

    1/2 cup sprouted lentils

    2 cup sprouted sunflower greens

    1 apple/papaya

1/2 avocado (unless you've eaten avocado/nuts some other time that day)

    Rejuvelac or water to blend.

I skip the avocado because I eat zillions of them, and add a banana to make it taste nice.
